CUSTOM DIE CUTTING

GBI can cost-effectively custom die cut any of our product to your exact specifications. This will not only save you time, but will provide quality and consistency. No order is too small or too large for us to handle, with die charges often under $100.00.

Typical die cut applications include, but are not limited to:

• Production aids which are currently being manually cut to shape and size
• Blister pack die covers
• Covers for heat sealing surfaces of impulse sealers and bag sealers that have mounting screw holes and/or positioning slots
• Strips to lubricate slots and chutes
• Complex shapes to replace mold release sprays
• Washers, gaskets, diaphragms and spacers

SPRAYING

GBI provides complete Teflon® and Silverstone® SUPRA coating services for metal parts. Silverstone® SUPRA is the most durable non-stick coating system of the DuPont family on non-stick coatings.

It provides an excellent non-stick surface, high surface resistivity, enhances chemical resistance and reduces friction. Great in applications where release is required such as:

• Mold release in packaging equipment
• Coating sealing bars packaging equipment rolls
• Pharmaceutical equipment
• Hopper and chute lining
• Many parts that are difficult to tape
• FDA and Agriculture Canada approved for food processing applications
