The DXL coating utilized in our DXL™ Fabrics is engineered to provide excellent abrasion resistance while maintaining the existing properties of our PTFE-coated Fabrics. DXL products show their true value by extending the life of our product, and decreasing downtime. Customers using our DSL products are seeing significant increases in product life compared to competitive premium products.
Our DXL™ Fabrics are PTFE-coated fiberglass cloth composistes. The DXL line is a non-metallic product. Our product utilizes surface coatings that provide for a harder surface as well as more abrasion resistance. The DXL™ Fabrics meet the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1550 and as such are acceptable by the USDA. DXL™ Fabrics are alsp approved by the Canadian Department of Agriculture.
