- This family of tapes resists some forms of HVOF alone or in conjunction with HVMC
- 179-20S & 179-25S a laminated structure based on silicone rubber/glass fabric/2 mil aluminum foil and silicone adhesive. Good grit blast resistance and suitable for some HVOF applications.
- 179-25S a laminated structure based on silicone rubber/glass fabric/4 mil aluminum foil and silicone adhesive. Good grit blast resistance and suitable for some heavier HVOF applications.
- HVMC can reinforce both 179-20S and 179-25S to increase resistance to temperature and abrasion.
