Green Belting and Greenbelt Industries are pleased to announce the release to production of their new 60” horizontal custom coating system. They can apply silicone, acrylic and rubber pressure sensitive adhesive systems one side or two-sided, as well as a variety of other functional coatings to films, foils, fabrics and other flexible substrates. In addition to offering custom and toll coatings on customer supplied or sourced materials, Green Belting and Greenbelt Industries also offer a standard line of PTFE, PTFE coated fiberglass and silicone coated fiberglass pressure sensitive tapes. The new system’s high speed and dual unwind and take up systems provide a dramatic increase in throughput and capacity. In addition, the high performance, computer controlled coating head gives unmatched control of deposition rate and adhesive thickness. Joseph E.
