Green Belting and Greenbelt Industries are pleased to announce a new PTFE coated fiberglass product line. KASTILO GmbH has appointed GBI to represent their interest in Canada and the United States. Since 1993 KASTILO has been a manufacturer of precision multilayered laminated PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics for high temperature applications. The multilayered belts exhibit a high level of stability, excellent release and superior wear resistance throughout the width and length of each belt. The multilayered belts can be supplied with nearly no thickness difference at the splice as well the more standard splices such as scarf, overlap, butt and mechanical lacing. KASTILO offers finished belts for the most extreme and demanding applications found in industry today.
We recommend the use of KASTILO belts to customers that require a smooth, stable belt with an impervious surface. New opportunities for the multilayer belts exist in the chemical processing industry, film lamination, woven / non- woven fabric laminations, garment fusing and the high temperature gasket and seals industry.
