Green Belting uses the highest quality fabrics and open mesh belting products for a wide range of custom and OEM applications. Fabric belts are hand crafted from PTFE and silicone coated glass fabrics and available in almost any length with widths up to 89” inches.

Choose from a variety of belting materials that have non-stick surfaces, are durable, resist chemical bonding, and that are resistant to high and low temperatures. Our belts are suitable for food handling and many other applications.

Open Mesh Belts

Constructed with PTFE impregnated coated fiberglass, aramid (or both) and polyester mesh belts materials that are both durable and food safe. Open mesh belts have a superior non-stick surface, are exceptionally strong and dimensionally stable. Typical applications include screen print dryers / shrink tunnels, drying of textiles, heat setting synthetic yarns and curing, and cooling extruded rubber products.

PTFE and Silicone Fabric Belts

Designed to endure demanding environments in a wide range of industries from food production and packaging, to industrial manufacturing. High resistance to heat, pressure, chemical exposure and abrasion, and are FDA compliant for food processing, packaging and handling. Applications include screen print dryers, textile drying, tortilla presses, packaging of food, drugs, chemicals and paper products, and rubber profile extrusion.

2-Ply Belts

For use in packaging applications with vertical and horizontal continuous heat sealing machines where heat and demanding environments can be a challenge. Can be used in the manufacturing/sealing of medical bags, sealed air bubble wrap and various consumer products.
