PTFE Fiberglass coated tapes for your specific applications
High temperature fiberglass tape for production needs
Our fiberglass tapes help production facilities to protect products and surfaces from abrasion and high temperatures. This helps minimize tape wear and maximise production yields unlike weaker tapes.
160 Series Fiberglass Tapes
Durable ptfe coated fiberglass tapes with clean release upon removal
Green Belting™ high temperature fiberglass tapes with silicone adhesive can be used for primary and secondary masking.
Our tapes are highly conformable making them easier to cut through whilst proving their strength and abrasion without leaving a residue upon removal. Our fiberglass tapes are available with one side and two sides of adhesive
160 Series Fiberglass Tapes Applications:
- Vinyl liner masking for polymer spraying
- Masking for metalizing and plasma spray
- Electrical insulation of wires and cables
Best suited for low-heat applications, UHMW is an ultra high molecular weight polyolefin that is more puncture and abrasion resistant than PTFE but has similar non-stick features. It is FDA approved for applications with temperatures up to 225 ˚F.
With this in mind, our Polyolefin tapes can be used for a variety of different purposes including:
- Electrical insulation
- Packaging
- Wire harnessing
- Thermal protection
- Printing and labelling
Overall, fiberglass tape and polyolefin tape have both protective qualities and versatility. This makes them a great choice for many industries.
Polyolefin Tape Applications:
- Wear strips and chute linings
- Guide rails and many work surfaces
- Bearing surfaces
- Furniture drawer slides

FAQs
PTFE fiberglass tapes are designed to protect products and surfaces from abrasion and high temperatures. They help production facilities reduce tape wear, improve durability, and maximize production yields, especially when compared to weaker masking tapes.
130 Series UHMW Polyolefin Tapes offer exceptional puncture and abrasion resistance, surpassing PTFE, while maintaining a non-stick surface. They are FDA-approved for use up to 225°F and are ideal for low-heat applications such as electrical insulation, packaging, wire harnessing, and thermal protection.
Green Belting™ offers a range of fiberglass, polyolefin, and specialty adhesive tapes.
Our solution-driven team can help evaluate your production challenges, such as temperature, abrasion, masking needs, or non-stick requirements, to recommend tapes that improve productivity and lower operational costs.
